3.1 Registration Requirements

All bonuses are subject to the following general terms and any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion:

To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, phfamous.ph shall not be liable for:

• The account holder is found to be under 21 years of age;
• The account holder requests account closure or self-exclusion;
• phfamous.ph is required to do so by a court order, regulatory instruction, or applicable law.

You may request account closure at any time by contacting phfamous.ph customer support. Upon voluntary closure, any eligible real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to unmet wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered withdrawal method after completion of applicable verification procedures.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between the parties. If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may pursue resolution through the appropriate courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.
